Bernard Sanders from New Zealand went to Christmas Island
The trip to Christmas Island was memorable experience and I had a great time. The fishing was all I had hoped for. I averaged 10 bones a day and had in one afternoon 8 Bones up to 15lbs on deceiver type flies. I must make a special mention of the lodge staff who went out of their way to be helpful. Well Paul, I had a wonderful trip and I’m sure it wont be to long before I get in touch again for the next one. Thank you for every thing regards. P.S also had a large GT 35 to 40 lbs on a popper fishing off the flats into the deep water. Bernard
The ISIS company visited Groote Eylandt
The trip was fantastic. We all had a ball. The lodge staff & the fishing guides looked after us very well. First impressions of the lodge and location were impressive with all of our group thoroughly enjoying themselves over the weekend. We would definitely consider heading back for a second trip. My high lights included sampling the fish that were cooked up on the bbq on the veranda back at the lodge. It was a great end to a good days fishing. Another highlight was catching an 85 - 90cm barra, my largest so far.
A big thankyou for organising the trip as everything went smoothly with no hiccups. For our next ISIS fishing trip we will be in touch. Brett Sinclair
Ashley Couttes loved Christmas Island
Thank you so much for facilitating the opportunity to experience” Christmas Island bonefishing”. It was truly an amazing experience that I will never forget. I cannot speak highly enough of the guides. Very polite, friendly, helpful and most of all, professional. The food was amazing and I was very impressed with the tuna, crayfish, manta shrimp, prawns etc. The lodge was fantastic and the air conditioned rooms were very much appreciated given I have lived in temperate Australia for years.
Stuart Hingee went to the Cobourg Peninsula
Had a great time and will definitely be back to enjoy the N.T’s amazing fishing. I never new there could be so many varities of fish..and so big! The guides and lodge staff where just fanstatic.
David Moleman went fly fishing in Tasmania
My trip to Tasmania all went to plan with only minor rain delays, common in Tasmania. I had not fished for twelve months and the first day out with Robert the guide was a relearning curve but I still managed to land 5 fish, the second day went much better, 8 landed and another 12 hooked but lost on retrieve on the third day.The accommodation was excellent and the food was well prepared and varied each day. The staff were attentive to your needs and the chef came out before each meal to discuss the menu and afterwards for diner comments. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would recommend it to others.
Don and Helen Thomas enjoyed a fishing cruise on the Great Barrier Reef
Wow! Every Aussie fishermen should get out to the reef at least once in a lifetime. What an amazing eco system. I have been fishing all my life and I have never seen so many fish in one place. The boat was comfortable and well appointed with everything we needed and the staff and guides worked well. Thanks for pulling everything together and we will back for another adventure next year.
The Nelson brothers went fly fishing in New Zealand
Hi Paul. Just a quick note to let you know that we loved our recent holiday in NZ. We caught heaps of trout up to 8lbs and lucky we had Tom the guide as we would not have seen most of them let alone land them. He supplied all the equipment and his hand tied flies which worked a treat. Cannot say enough about the lodge staff as they treated nas like part of the family. fantastic!
